Commonwealth Solar LLC (“Commonwealth Solar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the CandelaOps operations platform and related websites and services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide and information generated through your use of the Services, including:

• Account & contact information — name, email address, mobile phone number, job title, and company.
• Operational data — projects, daily field reports, tasks, deliveries, safety records, and other records you enter into the platform.
• Communications — messages, notifications, and support requests, including SMS/text messages you exchange with us.
• Technical data — device, browser, IP address, and usage/log data collected automatically to operate and secure the Services.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Send operational and account notifications (including by email, SMS, and in-app messages) that you have opted to receive.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Services and comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS/email delivery) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and only as needed to deliver the Services you requested.
• Your organization — data you enter is accessible to authorized members of your company account according to their permissions.
• Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Commonwealth Solar LLC, our users, or the public.

No mobile information (including phone numbers, opt-in data, or consent) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices & Rights

• Update your account and notification preferences within the platform.

The Services are intended for business use by individuals 18 and older and are not directed to children under 13.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the Services, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the Services in violation of applicable law.

3. Customer Data

Data you submit to the platform remains yours. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that data to provide the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Communications & Notifications

By using the Services, you agree to receive account-related communications from us. Text-message communications are additionally governed by the SMS/Text Messaging Policy.

5. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commonwealth Solar LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

SMS/Text Messaging Policy

This SMS/Text Messaging Policy governs the text message (SMS/MMS) program operated by Commonwealth Solar LLC through the CandelaOps platform (the “Program”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to this policy.

1. Program Description & Message Types

CandelaOps collects mobile phone numbers to send account-related SMS notifications, including timesheet reminders, task notifications, company updates, and one-time login codes. These are transactional, account-related messages tied to your use of the platform.

2. How You Opt In (Consent)

You opt in to the Program by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages — for example, by enabling SMS notifications in your CandelaOps account profile, or by checking a consent box on a form where your number is collected. SMS consent is not a condition of employment or use of the platform, and you may decline or later opt out without losing access to the Services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification settings. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring messages.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did the first time.

6. Help — Reply HELP

7. Carriers Not Liable

Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy & No Sharing

Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers (such as our messaging carrier) strictly to deliver the messages you requested.

9. Supported Carriers & Devices

The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Supported carriers and devices may change without notice, and we are not liable for issues arising from carrier or device limitations.
